1. French Lick Resort

If you find yourself in Indiana, you could do a lot worse than heading down to the French Lick Resort (yes, I thought it was in France at first too – so please don’t follow my costly mistake). With two historic landmarks onsite, you can’t fail to be wowed by the accommodation here. Built in the late 1800s, you can relax at the momentous West Baden Springs or French Lick Springs between games, and who knows you may even make a bit of history yourself on the tables. Who needs a trip to Las Vegas when you could be hanging out here?

2. The Venetian – Macau, China

Known as the ‘Monte Carlo of the Orient’ it’s no surprise that Macau is home to some of the biggest and most prestigious casinos you‘ll find anywhere – and the The Venetian is no exception. In fact, as well as being the sixth largest structure on the planet, The Venetian is actually the biggest casino in the world! With statistics like that, no more needs to be said – but if I can just say one more thing – with over 3000 slots, 750 table games and over 10 million square feet of gaming area, you won’t get bored at The Venetian.

3. Sun City – South Africa

Although it’s not the first place people think of when they are thinking about casinos, South Africa is actually home to a bloody ripper. Situated a couple of hours out of Johannesburg, Sun City Casino is hidden in the middle of a huge expanse of bush. It is every bit worth the journey though, as once you uncover this beast you will be confronted by a stunning establishment that not only looks amazing, but of course is jam packed with enough slots and tables for even the most indecisive gambler.
